Rio Hallmark, a girl in the ninth grade in Grand Bahama, is nothing short of a loser. She smells awful, she's dumb and she's very naive, but she's also willing to make things better. Rio after proclaiming herself Queen Cute and Kissable decides that she will be the one to fix Earth by herself by wiping out the worst of humanity and taking over as Earth's queen.
