School, expectations, friendships, and figuring out the future can feel like a lot. An, Bình, and Linh each carry pressures that aren’t always visible to the people around them. When they meet through a school stress-management club, awkward conversations and unexpected moments of support become the beginnings of friendship. Set in a Vietnamese high school, this slice-of-life manga weaves practical skills from the World Health Organization’s Self-Help Plus (SH+) program into a story about growing up, facing difficult feelings, and learning to be kinder to ourselves and one another.
