Guutara Elf no Nonbiri Isekai Kikou

Lalart, a guardian elf, casts a grand magic spell that accidentally shrinks her body—and simultaneously awakens memories of her past life as a lazy Japanese office worker who loves beer and Korean BBQ! Driven by her newfound earthly cravings, Lalart violates her village's absolute taboo against eating meat and is instantly banished. Instead of panicking, she is thrilled to escape her strict home. Accompanied by her protective disciple Ilusha and a fluffy spirit beast named Fel, the tiny elf sets out on a slow-life journey to hunt delicious monsters and explore otherworldly cuisines! _Source: Kodansha, translated_
