Timid and Shy

Sophia Ariel grew up in an impoverished territory on the outskirts of the Empire, and even at twenty, she had never been given the chance to make her social debut. Then, out of nowhere, her aunt from the Empire's most powerful ducal family offers to introduce her to high society. Though suspicious of her aunt’s sudden generosity, Sophia decides to accept. But nothing ever comes for free. On the day of her debut, Sophia is forced to pay a price she never could have imagined. Caught in the middle of a struggle for the imperial throne, Sophia makes a proposal to Robert Uranus, an illegitimate prince of the Empire who finds himself in circumstances much like her own. Poor and timid, yet intelligent and level-headed, Sophia sets out on a path of revenge. Original Webtoon: KakaoPage, Daum Official Translations: Japanese
