A child is found living alone in the mountains. He doesn't understand very much the world, speaks a language no one recognizes, and carries a mysterious golden boomerang with an unknown origin.
As he begins a new life among people, a simple rescue slowly turns into a mystery far greater than anyone could have imagined.
